My journey into instructional design started long before freelancing.

During my time in Malaysia, I worked my way up to become a Training Manager, where I had the responsibility of designing and delivering training programs for teams.

One thing I quickly learned was this:

Information alone doesn’t create learning.

Effective training requires structure, engagement, and clear learning objectives.

That’s where instructional design becomes powerful.

Instructional design focuses on:

  • organizing information clearly

  • creating engaging learning experiences

  • ensuring knowledge is retained and applied

Now that I work remotely, I use these same principles to help businesses develop:

  • training modules

  • learning materials

  • digital learning experiences

  • onboarding programs

My corporate experience gave me a strong foundation, and freelancing allows me to apply those skills to different businesses around the world.
