My career

Since completing my Associate in Health and Sciences Education and Bachelor of Science in Nursing in The Philippines, I was immediately exposed to the digital workspace. I transitioned into virtual assistance and eventually built my experience working in Business Process Outsourcing environments, where I developed strong skills in remote support, operations, and client service.

From age 19 to 25+

I worked as a nurse at United Doctors Hospital after passing the board exams. A year later, I moved to Davao and became an administrative assistant for ICT Davao, an industry council of the Information Technology and Business Process Management (IT-BPM) associations, enterprises, and stakeholders of Davao City and Region XI, Philippines. Afterwards, I gained exposure to the Business Process Outsourcing industry, working as a call center agent, virtual assistant, and internet marketer at Six Eleven Teleservices, SSI, and Sutherland.

At 27+ years old

I continued working as a call center agent in major BPO companies in Davao, including VXI Global Holdings and Ibex Global. I progressed from an agent role to becoming a Strategic Partner Master Trainer and was even deployed to Manila, Philippines, to help launch a new campaign for a major US telecommunications account.

On the side, I developed an interest in vlogging and grew my channel to over 13,000 subscribers. I also co-founded Davao Eagle Online, which grew to 35,000 followers and received the Social Media Campaign of the Year award at the prestigious Globe Excellence Awards.

At 32+ years old

Towards the later part of the COVID-19 pandemic, I decided to move to Malaysia to work as a trainer for Teleperformance and eventually transitioned into roles as an Instructional Designer and Training Manager, supporting major clients in industries such as web hosting, search engine technology, gaming, social media, travel and hospitality, logistics, cloud computing, and pet care.

I also had the opportunity to attend a short course in Instructional Design and training in Helsinki, Finland. Recently, I moved back to the Philippines to focus on helping clients improve their businesses by providing virtual assistance and other online services, supported by my team of dedicated and passionate virtual support professionals.
